So today my Mom took my little sister to "jump on it". For anyone who doesn't know what it is, it is a place full of wall to wall trampolines. My mom invited us to join her so Colt and I went along. Carley and her friend were jumping and it looked so fun that my mom, Colt and I started jumping to. It was way fun, we started doing tricks. Colt helped me learn a back flip. He spotted me twice and I did it alone on the 3rd try. I have to say I was very proud of myself. Normally I probably would not go out and want to try and learn a back flip or be brave enough to, but I guess I was feeling extra spontaneous today. For anyone who wants a good, cheap, fun workout go to "jump on it" (it's in Lindon)

Hey! I'm glad you got that book, it's nice to know your not the only one going through it. It's still way hard though, but it will work out for sure. call me anytime!
