Colt and I are expecting a baby. After 8 months and 2 miscarriages we are pregnant again and good to go this time. We now have had 2 Dr. appointments and 2 ultrasounds. At the first Dr. appointment they did an ultrasound and we got to see the little heart beat. Today we had another ultrasound and we got to see the baby move, baby kept moving one arm like it was waving at us, I thought it was cute. We also got to hear the heart beat. The babies heart beat was 167 so right where it should be. Also the babies measured 3 days farther along then we thought. But they still kept the same due date which is November 14th. I have been a little sick. Week 6 and 7 were very bad, much worse then I ever thought. Starting week 8 I have been doing pretty good I just have to constantly eat (ok not really but I sure feel like it.) I would have to say the only bad part right now is having to eat ALL the time and not having a appetite to eat ANYTHING.
This is the first picture we got. It was taken at 6 weeks. I call this one my little "bubble".
This is the one we got taken today. So baby is 9 weeks and 5 days to be exact, but measured at 10 weeks and 1 day. This is the one with the baby waving at us. You can kinda see the arms in there.
The doctor wanted to try a 3D pictures so that's what this is. I can't tell at all what is going on in this one.

Melissa! I am so happy for you and Colt! I'm glad everything is going good too. I ate like a horse when I was pregnant, it's the only time you have an excuse to so take advantage! You will feel better soon and start to feel the baby move, I did around 19 weeks. You got some good pictures. do you think you know what it is?Well I could go on on but i'm so happy for you, let's hang out soon. By the way biggest loser was awesome, a girl finally won!

HOLY CRAP!! I feel so bad. I had no idea that you had previous complications.I remember when your mom had her miscarriage. They are so heart breaking. But good for you guys. Good luck with the sickness. Hopefully it is on it's way out.I was sick till 20 weeks, ugh! So, I totally feel your pain. If you need anything let me know. The 3d ultrasound is pretty cool, Looks like its going to be a cutie! (of course)
One more thing. The sickness is oh so worth it. I will willingly deal with it again and again, to get the reward. They are awesome. My due date was Nov. 14 too.
Congrats Melissa!! You are right, having to eat without an appetite gets soo annoying, but hopefully you will be out of the woods soon! Have you guys discussed names yet?

Congrats Melissa! I am so happy for you! Don't worry the sickness is only one of the horrible side effects of pregnancy, there's lots more to look forward to! :) You will have to keep us posted and take lots of baby belly pictures!

Wow! Congratulations! I loved looking at those ultrasound pictures. Isn't it the most amazing thing in the whole world? Somtimes I will listen to Ella's heartbeat and think of when I heard it the first time when she was just the size of a grain of rice. I know, I'm a sob. Well I got a cricut! Thanks for letting me know. I just got the small one like you but have been going crazy with the vinyl lettering. I have been doing everything! Greg thinks that he's gonna pull out his laptop and it will have his name with stars all over it, lol. I love it! We should get together sometime for a craft day. I would love to bounce ideas off each other. Well keep us posted on the pregnancy! Congrats again!
