Colt's parents put on a Halloween party every year for the grand kids.

Colt wanted to try and be a monkey to....but it didn't quite fit.
Lucas was sick this Halloween so we dressed him up in his costume for a few hours that day and went to Home Depot and looked around. That's the extent of his first Halloween experience besides the Halloween party he had the week before. No trick-or-treating this year, which was ok because I wasn't going to give him any candy anyways, but I sure could have used some candy for myself :) Overall it was a pretty good Halloween considering Lucas went to the night clinic at ours doctors a couple nights before because his temperature got really high but he got better fast and is pretty much all better now.

Poor Lucas! Its so sad when they are sick and so little, I hope he gets feeling better soon!
I'm sorry he was sick, but he looks dang cute in his monkey costume. I love the picture of him climbing the stove...so funny!
Happy Halloween! Its always hard when they are sick. specially on fun holidays. Hope hes better!
